A little bit about our Dexters . . .
Our Dexters are registered.  Please contact if you are interested in purchasing breeding or butcher stock.  We also limitedly offer beef processed at an USDA-inspected facility.  

Dexters are a small cow developed in Southwestern Ireland.  They weigh around 800 pounds and can live to be 25 years old.  Dexters are tri-purpose cows that produce rich milk and excellent, nicely marbled meat and that can even be used as draft cows.  They are great mothers, and they eat less and therefore need less space to graze than a full-sized cow.  They are the perfect sustainable homestead cow, and are also great for large ranch production.
