AuthorCheryl Stahl established Hickory Leaf Dairy Goats in Texas in 2005. In 2009 Cheryl and her herd moved to a large ranch in Western Montana and settled in the Missoula Valley, where she continues her dedication to breeding quality Nigerian Dwarf and LaMancha dairy goats. Cheryl works hard through careful breeding and good genetics in order to produce goats which are conformationally correct and have quality udders. She participates in the DHI MILK program where many of her goats have earned their Milk Stars. Cheryl sells her quality milk and is an artisan cheese maker when the milk supply and time plentiful.
